Thomas J. Haug is the Founder and Managing Member of Aspen Tree Advisory, an elite consulting and advisory firm specializing within the family office, venture capital, hedge fund, and private equity communities. Recognized for its unparalleled ability to elevate wealth, optimize strategic growth, and execute impactful investments, Aspen Tree Advisory has become a trusted partner to some of the world’s most distinguished families, institutions, and businesses. As the firm’s visionary leader, Mr. Haug has earned a reputation as a trailblazer in asset allocation, co-investments, portfolio structuring, banking, lending and comprehensive due diligence. His profound expertise in working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors has allowed him to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of opportunity zone investments, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), impact investing, alternative financing, and early-stage venture capital. His work focuses on transformative industries, including artificial intelligence, virtual assets, energy, alternative energy and early-stage growth sectors.

Before founding Aspen Tree Advisory, Mr. Haug served as President and Member of A.W. Jones Private Advisors, where he spearheaded major strategic initiatives and investment activities. His prior tenure as Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Fieldpoint Private and First Republic Bank further solidified his reputation as a trusted advisor to elite families, corporations, and institutional investors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Haug honed his expertise as a Private Banker at North Fork Bank, following his early roles at Discount Funding and Concord Mortgage Corporation. Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Haug has been entrusted by clients with hundreds of millions in investment and banking assets and transacted several hundred million dollars in debt financing through his career, consistently delivering outstanding results for his clients.

A passionate advocate for social change, Mr. Haug has demonstrated unwavering commitment to philanthropy and humanitarian efforts. He currently serves on the Hearts and Grants Committee of Help for Children, supports the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation, and is a Global Ambassador for an organization dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of trafficked children. His extraordinary dedication to service was further exemplified when he served as a Rescue and Recovery Responder at Ground
Zero following the tragic September 11th attacks, offering aid and support during one of the nation's most challenging times.

Beyond his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Mr. Haug is a widely respected thought leader, sought after by global audiences for his insights on a range of topics, including alternative investments, capital markets, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and real estate.
